directions

Through Town

• Take West End or Church St to 18th Ave
• Turn left onto 18th Ave
• This becomes Dr. DB Todd Jr Blvd after you cross Charlotte Pike. Follow this past Nashville General and Meharry Medical College
• Turn right onto Jefferson St
• After you cross the Jefferson St bridge, turn left at the second street onto 1st Ave N
• 1st Avenue North becomes Dickerson Pike Rd
• Turn right onto Grace St. There is a BP gasoline station on one corner and a Salvation army on the other. If you have gone more than 1 mile on Dickerson Pike Road you have gone too far.
• Clinic is located at 222 Grace St
• Park either directly adjacent to the building or on Grace St.

Highway

• Take I-40 E (either from Broadway or from 440)
• Merge onto I-24 W (exit 211B)
• Exit at Exit 47 Jefferson St.
• Merge onto Jefferson St
• Take a right onto 1st Avenue North (this is the first traffic light)
• 1st Avenue North becomes Dickerson Pike Road
• Turn right onto Grace St. There is a BP gasoline station on one corner and a Salvation army on the other. If you have gone more than 1 mile on Dickerson Pike Road you have gone too far.
• Clinic is located at 222 Grace St
• Park either directly adjacent to the building or on Grace St.
