Through Town

• Take West End or Church St to 18th Ave
• Turn left onto 18th Ave
• This becomes Dr. DB Todd Jr Blvd after you cross Charlotte Pike. Follow this past Nashville General and Meharry Medical College
• Turn right onto Jefferson St
• After you cross the Jefferson St bridge, turn left at the second street onto 1st Ave N
• Go straight through the traffic light. There is a U-Haul store on the right
• The road then becomes Dickerson Rd
• Turn right onto Grace St (there is an AM/PM Express gas station on the corner)
• Clinic is at 222 Grace St

Highway

• Take I-40 E (either from Broadway or from 440)
• Merge onto I-24 W (exit 211B)
• Exit at Exit 47A Spring St/ toward Ellington Pkwy/US 31-E
• Bear left to take the Spring St ramp
• Turn left onto Spring St/US41/TN11
• Road becomes Dickerson Rd
• Turn right onto Grace St
• Clinic is at 222 Grace St
